Bhav Art Gallery was established in 2005 by Pawon Pratap Rana and is located at, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. Since then, the gallery has been dedicated to supporting national-level artists and promoting Nepali art to a global audience. Bhav Art Gallery serves as a platform where art is not only displayed but also celebrated as a transformative force that connects people, cultures, and ideas.
At Bhav Art Gallery, it is believed that art is more than just creativity; it holds the power to connect people, transform lives, and enrich surroundings. Much like nature, which carves its way through obstacles and evolves, art too finds its own path, inspiring change, evoking emotions, and guiding us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

What our founder has to say?
I started Bhav Art Gallery in 2005, but my journey to create the gallery was far from ordinary. Before starting the gallery, I wasn’t someone with a background in the field, nor was I from the art world. However, there was a key moment in my life that changed everything. I realized one essential truth: if something is meant to be, it will be, and it’s just a matter of time. This realization sparked a deep connection to art, particularly Drift Art, which resonated with me on a personal level. It wasn’t just the beauty of the art that drew me in, but the way it spoke to my soul.
My journey in the art world is driven by a vision to promote both the art and artists of Nepal. My mission isn’t just about personal success, but about contributing to the broader Nepalese art scene. I aim to create a space where art isn’t just a business but is also founded on values, ethics, discipline, and authenticity. It’s not just about earning; it’s about cultivating a sense of identity and cultural heritage.
It has always been about shaping the art scene in Nepal and creating work that would last through the ages. As I reflect on Bhav Art Gallery, I see it as more than just a gallery. I see it as an institution that recognizes the true value of both the art and the artist. At Bhav, we’re not just selling art; we’re offering fulfillment, truth, and happiness. I confidently believe that success in life and business comes to those who are genuine, and I take pride in knowing that Bhav has those values.
I understand that meaningful change won’t happen overnight. But my belief in the gallery’s future remains steadfast. I stay optimistic, knowing that, in time, Bhav Art Gallery will evolve into something truly significant for the Nepalese art world. Whatever comes my way, I believe it will only make the journey better.
At Bhav Art Gallery, there is no room for dishonesty. Each artwork is treated with the respect, with its value honored.
I am fully committed to being responsible for the art I represent. Bhav Art Gallery stays true to its principles, values of truth, honesty, and authenticity. We ensure that every detail of the gallery fits with these beliefs.
